心理學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生正在成為走俏人才。國際心理學(xué)大會有6000多名中外代表參加,其中不少是在校學(xué)生。
近4年來,考北京大學(xué)心理學(xué)系、華東師大心理學(xué)系研究生的競爭非常激烈,錄取率只有1/10,這與世界名校哈佛大學(xué)研究生院心理學(xué)系這幾年的錄取率相近。另一支心理學(xué)大部隊北京師范大學(xué)心理學(xué)院以600多名在校生的規(guī)模居全國心理學(xué)院系之首,近年來,該校心理學(xué)專業(yè)就業(yè)率一直保持在80%左右。中國心理學(xué)會理事長張侃在國際心理學(xué)大會期間說,中國心理學(xué)專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)供不應(yīng)求的趨勢。
專家分析認(rèn)為,心理學(xué)人才需求增大的主要原因有:一,中國正處于快速發(fā)展期,社會競爭激烈,人們的心理壓力普遍較大,對心理健康的關(guān)注程度也越來越高;二,越來越多的企業(yè)把心理學(xué)人才引進(jìn)管理中;三,正在發(fā)展的公關(guān)咨詢業(yè)和培訓(xùn)業(yè)對心理學(xué)人才需求很大,心理學(xué)專業(yè)人才在中國就業(yè)前景看好。
心理學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)生有哪些出路呢?第一,去高校。這是心理學(xué)研究生畢業(yè)以后的主要去向,他們可任高校心理公共課的老師,心理學(xué)系和教育系老師、輔導(dǎo)員,或在高校心理咨詢中心工作。第二,考公務(wù)員。這類用人單位一般是公安局、勞教所、監(jiān)獄、邊檢站等。第三,去企業(yè)。心理學(xué)研究生去企業(yè)主要從事獵頭(人才中介)、企業(yè)咨詢、人力資源管理以及市場調(diào)研等工作。第四,中小學(xué)。第五,做心理咨詢。第六,去醫(yī)院和診所。
這其中最受人關(guān)注的是人力資源經(jīng)理職位。最近五六年,人力資源經(jīng)理職位對心理學(xué)專業(yè)人員需求量劇增。據(jù)悉,效益較好的國企人力資源主管年薪至少20萬元人民幣,外企更高。
赴美學(xué)心理學(xué)注意什么
客觀地說,中國雖然在心理學(xué)的某些前沿領(lǐng)域,包括腦科學(xué)、認(rèn)知科學(xué)的某些方面達(dá)到了與國外相同的水準(zhǔn),但中國心理學(xué)整體水平,與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,還有10年以上的差距。國際心理科學(xué)聯(lián)合會副主席張厚粲教授說,美國的心理學(xué)水平最高,高校最多。記者從教育部出國考試處了解到,赴美留學(xué)人員報心理學(xué)專業(yè)的很多。
在美國,進(jìn)專業(yè)心理學(xué)院比較容易,但國外學(xué)生通常沒有獎學(xué)金,出來找工作也不如名校的學(xué)生有優(yōu)勢。對于那些家庭富裕、又不愿考gre(美國大學(xué)研究生院規(guī)定的申請攻讀碩士和博士等高級學(xué)位的人員所必須參加的一種考試)的學(xué)生來說,進(jìn)專業(yè)心理學(xué)院是很好的選擇。如果你有實力,最好報考著名綜合性大學(xué)心理學(xué)專業(yè)的博士,博士不好考,但只要考上,一般就會有獎學(xué)金,足夠支付基本的生活花銷和學(xué)費。
按照心理學(xué)專業(yè)水平,美國大學(xué)排名(2001年)如下:斯坦福大學(xué),密歇根大學(xué),伊利諾伊大學(xué)厄巴納?D香檳分校。此外,加州大學(xué)洛杉磯分校、哈佛大學(xué)、耶魯大學(xué)、明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)雙城分校的心理學(xué)專業(yè)也是世界一流的。
想出國學(xué)心理學(xué)專業(yè),最好有心理學(xué)和統(tǒng)計學(xué)的本科教育背景。博士研究生通常更愿意錄取主修過心理學(xué)專業(yè)和生物學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)中一些課程的學(xué)生。臨床心理學(xué)注重是否有相關(guān)的志愿服務(wù)、實習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗,而注重研究的心理學(xué)分支更注重研究的經(jīng)歷。
大多數(shù)心理學(xué)專業(yè)要求考生參加gre考試,還有一些要求參加gre的心理學(xué)單項考試。報考時最好出具指導(dǎo)過你的教授寫的對你有利的推薦信。
